Here for sponsorship? Sponsors · Here to play? Participants
EventCore is event management software for organizers who are tired of running an event out of a spreadsheet, a group text, and a stack of paper scorecards. Registration, teams, sponsorship, payments, live scoring, and the report you hand your sponsors afterward, all in one platform.
Locked at $499 for life.

A form, a spreadsheet, a group text, and whoever wrote a check to the front desk. Nobody is sure who is actually playing until the morning of.
You sell the package in March and spend September chasing the logo file. When they ask what they got for their money, you have a thank-you post and a photo of the banner.
Cards come in at the turn, somebody adds them up in the clubhouse, and the leaderboard is an announcement at dinner.
None of that is a software problem you have been ignoring. There has not been a tool built for the way these events actually run.
Most event software only helps the person running the event. EventCore connects the three groups that make an event work, so each one makes the others easier.
build the event, sell sponsorship, and run the day from one dashboard.
find local events worth their money and see exactly what they got back.
register, score live on their phone, and discover the next event.
When your event goes live on EventCore, it becomes visible to every sponsor in your area who is looking for an opportunity, and every participant in your area looking for something to play in. You are not just buying software. You are plugging into a network built to bring you more registrations and more sponsorship revenue.
That network needs all three sides at launch. Which is why the founding cohort is capped at 30 organizations, 30 sponsors, and 100 participants, and why it is worth being in it.
Course, format, tee boxes, scoring rules, registration fee, deadline. Scramble, stroke play, or best ball, mulligans on or off. Upload a map for each hole and your participants see it in the app on event day.
Answer a handful of questions and EventCore configures the rest in about 5 minutes.
Publishing generates an event page, a registration link, and a sponsor link; each with its own QR code, ready to paste into an email or print on a flyer. Your sponsor list carries over from past events, so inviting the businesses who supported you last year takes one click instead of a search through old spreadsheets.
Set your tiers and how many of each you have. EventCore turns that into a live inventory board so you always know what is sold, what is left, and how close you are to your goal. Sponsors buy through their own portal, upload their own assets, and get reminded automatically when something is missing. You stop chasing logos.
Participants check in on their phones when they arrive. Staff can check in a walk-up or add someone who never registered, in one step. Scores come in live. A public leaderboard runs on the clubhouse TV with no login required, and anyone following along can pull it up from a link.
Send an announcement from the dashboard and it goes out as a push notification, a text, and an email at once. Pick your participants, your sponsors, or both. Tee time changes, weather calls, a thank you after the last group finishes, all of it goes out from the same place you built the event.
When the event ends, EventCore releases your analytics. Registrations, check-ins, app adoption, total sponsorship revenue, engagement by sponsor. Download it as a PDF and send it to the people who wrote you checks. Then clone the whole event for next year with your tiers, format, and sponsor list intact.
Payouts run through a connected bank account. Registration fees and sponsorship payments land with you. Off-platform payments, including checks, can be logged manually so your books match.
EventCore has been designed and prototyped across all three apps. What you are looking at below is the real product, not an illustration of one.
For event organizers and organizations
Locked at $499 annually, for life
Become one of EventCore’s first 30 Founding Partners and help shape a platform built for the way your events actually run.
$499 is what EventCore Organizer costs at launch. As the network grows, that rate is expected to rise, and an Enterprise tier is planned at $1,500 and up. Founding Partners never move off $499.
Tournament platforms in this category charge by the event or by the year. Per-event pricing runs roughly $199 to $299 every time you run one, which a club hosting 15 to 30 tournaments a year feels quickly. The established annual platforms put live scoring, online registration, and sponsor content in their premium tier, and add a one-time onboarding fee on top of the subscription.
EventCore includes all of it, unlimited events, unlimited participants, unlimited sponsors, for $499 a year. One additional hole sponsorship usually covers it.
Founding Partner spots are capped at 30 organizations. Once they are gone, you can still join the list for future early-access offers.
You check out through Stripe and agree to the founding partner terms. Your $499 rate is locked from this moment.
You get a confirmation and an onboarding email from Kylee.
You may be invited into the pilot program to help test the platform on a real event and tell us what is missing.
EventCore launches. Your first year of membership begins.
You renew at $499. That does not change.
Your Founding Partnership secures preferred pricing and early access to EventCore. For added peace of mind, if the official launch is delayed by more than six months beyond the anticipated launch date, you may request a full refund before your partnership is activated.
I created EventCore because I believe local events should do more than fill a calendar, they should strengthen communities. Working in healthcare throughout COVID taught me the importance of service, connection, and creating the best possible experience for the people who depend on you. I am committed to bringing that same level of care and purpose to EventCore.
As a local founder, I understand our community and will be readily available to personally
support organizers and help make each event successful. By connecting event organizers, charities, small businesses, and participants in one platform, EventCore creates opportunities for local organizations to grow, gain meaningful exposure, and make a greater impact.
For me, EventCore is more than technology, it is a community-focused ecosystem built to serve others and help the people and organizations within our communities thrive.
Founding Sponsor spots are capped at 30, and sponsors who get in early get first look at every event in the network.
Founding Member is $25 for the first year, then half price for life.
Your first year of EventCore membership, plus a permanent $499 rate and a lifetime Founding Partner designation. Your membership year starts at launch, not at purchase, so you are not paying for months you cannot use.
Mid-2027. Founding Partners get access ahead of general availability.
A short delay is not a cancellation, and building something this size means timelines move. If launch slips more than six months past the window we have published, you can cancel and take a full refund before your account activates. If the platform is cancelled outright before then, you get 100% back within 30 days. The founding partner agreement spells all of it out.
Correct. As long as your membership stays continuously active and in good standing, your rate stays at $499 annually. Standard pricing is expected to rise as the network grows. If you cancel and rejoin later, the founding rate may no longer be available.
Unlimited events, unlimited participants, unlimited sponsors.
Most platforms in this category charge either per event, roughly $199 to $299 each time, or an annual subscription where live scoring, online registration, and sponsor content sit in the expensive tier, with a one-time onboarding fee on top. If you run 15 to 30 events a year, per-event pricing alone runs into the thousands. EventCore is $499 a year for all of it.
Golf tournaments are the first event type EventCore supports, and it is where we are focused for launch. The platform is built so other event types can be added without a rebuild, and more are coming. If you run something other than golf, join the list and we will tell you when your event type is ready.
It works best when they do, and that is what makes your sponsorship inventory worth what you are charging for it. But staff can check in a walk-up, add someone who never registered, and photograph a paper scorecard so those scores land on the leaderboard alongside everyone else.
You connect a bank account and registration fees and sponsorship payments route to you. Payments taken off-platform, including checks, can be logged manually so everything reconciles in one place.
Participants opt in, and sponsors only ever receive a name and an email. Nothing else is shared.
Join the list. Additional early-access opportunities and promotional offers will be announced as the platform rolls out.
Leave your details and we will let you know when EventCore launches, when new early-access offers open, and when spots come available.
No payment, no obligation. We will only email you about EventCore.
Founding Partners help decide what EventCore becomes, and never pay more than they paid on day one.
